I tested this in a store and waited for a few hours to assess home my skin felt. It felt so good! This diesn't replace a daily moisturizer, but as it says, is one of those treats for the skin when it is experiencing extra dryness and stress. I don't put it on over make-up and I have a few makeup-free days most weeks; that's when Tula does its thing! It's a little on the pricey side for my budget, but it is a treat, and a very helpful one at that.I wanted to wait few weeks before writing a review because I understand how important is for people to feel right about getting skin care products, especially with a difficult skin type like mine (oily, white heads prone). I really like this moisturizer, it is a little lighter than I thought so it feels almost like a gel. I wish it was a little thicker only because my skin is mixed so there are times when it’s dry. Not saying it didn’t work on me, it feels amazing, skin looks dewy but probably it’s only the lightness. I come from using DDF for about +10 years, but I got disappointed with how their prices are high and quality isn’t what it used to be. I was afraid Tula wouldn’t work but I’m definitely happy and will probably get more of their productsLove Tula products, I was nervous seeing how light weight this was and I needed heavy duty stuff.. but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it locks in moisture. I use it as a second moisturizer at night and before makeup in the morning. Really love it.I love the product, but it is simply too expensive. Plus, I have noticed on the packaging that the product is actually in a little bag and as you use it the bag gets smaller as you squeeze out product. The container however is misleading and when you feel a company is trying to kind of dupe you with packaging, it makes you feel kind of cheated. So I no longer use it. If they cut down on their packaging gimmick and make it reasonable, the way the cleanser is in a simple tube, people would purchase it still. I however would rather use a product with simple packaging but quality product. And a product that is more honest about its presentation. Tula, STOP TRYING TO FOOL PEOPLE WITH YOUR PACKAGING. A big and nicely wrapped up container only says “more money”. It’s too bad because I really loved this gel.My favorite mousturizer. Great mousture without feeling greasy. Excellent for sensetive skin.Smells a little word to me, but very light weight on the skin very nice feeling after using it!I absolutely love this moisturizer! It's oil-free, so great for my combination skin (I am 37 years old... still have slight breakouts, but primarily normal to dry skin). It's perfect to wear under makeup or alone. Now that it's winter, I do use their night and day cream for added moisture. The bottle lasts a solid 2 months for me... using about 1.5 times / day. Pump is super easy to use. No strong scent. Nice work, Tula!I did return this product… I wanted to love it. My face is a combination of dry and oily. Unfortunately it didn’t give me the moisturizing I needed. I loved the smell of the product. It went in light and did not leave my face feeling sticky. If you don’t have dry skin I think you will love this product!
