Kneady...I've used this on my face a few times.A great thing to do while watching tv.Each of the "fingers" are at a sort of tilt and as they rotate in opposing directions, they dig in and massage your face (or whatever).I would say this is easy to hold in the palm of your hand.In image number 5, the product page shows the user with the fold up/down ring on her middle finger;nice touch but can be used with or without that.The part of the "fingers" that touch your skin are some kind of metal; stainless steel possibly.They are not solid metal; likely plastic underneath the layer (cap) of metal.The ends, the part that most touches your skin has a raised texture; almost reminds me of a snowflake.This is enthusiastic and somewhat powerful; it would be easy to over knead your skin if you are not attentive.All of the lights on mine work and although I'm a little iffy if those colored lights actually do anything, a reputable search I did says they do.This has a reasonable hum, noise level, which is acceptable, however, occasionally mine does squeak; not sure why. Though not a deal breaker, it's something I could do without.Image number 7 shows what is included.The actual massager lifts out of the cradle (the bottom part with the gold rim).The cradle is the charging cradle; a usb "c" cable is provided, but no power plug.While charging, the "M" on the massager, glows red and when the charge is complete glows green.Overall, excluding the annoying squeak, this appears to be of quality materials and workmanship; though some might disagree based on the weight; it's not very heavy.I think this would be better priced about $20.00 less, but that's my sensibility.It seems, so far that this does nice things for my face.Glad I ordered it.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.This seems very cheaply made, like something that would be "as seen on TV" but with a reduced price sticker at a discount store like Ross or something. It makes a cheap sound, and the plastic feel cheap, and it doesn't have much weight. BUT, not going to lie, I LOVE it! My sinuses are currently inflamed due to severe allergies, and this has been AMAZING. I even got hubby using it...lol. I took off a star because it's not worth $79, should be more like $29. If you have the money, or if they discount it, go for it! It's easy to use, has 3 settings, and red light for collagen. I'm quite happy with it!I was actually pretty impressed with how this works. it feels extremely good and it's great especially after a long day of working and staring at screens for hours and hours. fantastic face massagerIt definitely massages. Be careful to not press too hard because it will hurt.
